Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping carton to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
